FAQ — Lucid

Common questions

We've gathered the questions clients ask most often before starting a project.

Pricing & terms

How is pricing calculated? Will there be extra charges along the way?

The estimate is fully transparent and locked in upfront. With a traditional shoot, there's always a risk of studio overtime, an extended day, or props that suddenly cost more. We don't have any of that. You pay exactly what we agreed on at the start.

What are the payment terms? Do you accept international transfers?

We work under a written contract with full closing documents. Payment is typically split in two: an advance to start, the balance on delivery. For larger campaigns we can split by milestone. International bank transfers (USD/EUR) and crypto (USDT) are accepted.

How many revision rounds are included, and what counts as a revision?

Adjustments at the level of light, color, details or editing accents are built into the estimate — usually 2–3 iterations per project. A full concept change, a new location, or a different lead is a new scope, not a revision. We agree on all boundaries in the brief before kickoff.

What if we don't like the result?

We value your time and ours. If AI objectively can't handle your specific task, we'll say so honestly before signing the contract. If we do take the project on, we bring it to the level you need. Standard revision rounds are already part of the process.

Process & getting started

What do you need from us to get started?

A call or a short brief is enough. If you have a detailed spec, brand guidelines and a moodboard — great, we'll run with them. If all you have is a business goal like "we need a stylish video for a new product launch" — just come in with that. We'll propose ideas, gather references, and write the script ourselves.

Do we need to come in with a finished script and a strict brief?

Not at all. You can come in with a detailed brief, or just with a task like "we need an image video for a conference." We're a full-cycle agency — we'll extract the core message, write the script, build the storyboard and deliver the final product.

How long does production take?

On average 5× faster than traditional production. A photo campaign — from 1 day. Video with editing or a complex camera move — from 2 days. AI-avatar creation — from 1 day. Exact timelines depend on scope and are locked in before we start.

We have a tight deadline — premiere in 3 days. Can you take it on?

Depends on scope and complexity. A simple image video or a series of photos we can deliver in 24–48 hours on fast-track (with a priority surcharge). If a task is physically impossible in the timeframe, we'll say so upfront — no false heroics.

Can we work with you on an ongoing basis?

Yes, and it's often a better deal. We offer retainer contracts for a steady content flow — for example, N assets per month at a fixed rate. Great for brands that need consistent visuals for ad accounts or social media.

Quality & positioning

How does AI production differ from a traditional shoot?

In everything except the final result. You get premium visuals — without booking studios, scouting locations, flying crews in, or running a 15-person team on set. What takes weeks to shoot, we generate in a few days. And the pricing reflects that.

How are you different from a freelancer who writes prompts?

Plenty of people can write a prompt — very few can deliver real production. We close the full loop: brief, script, storyboard, generation, artifact cleanup, compositing, sound design, color grading, format adaptation. One person physically can't carry that whole stack at production quality — we have a specialist for each step.

Won't this look like cheap AI with six-fingered hands?

No. We don't just "punch in prompts" — we run full production. We clean up artifacts, control light, physics, textures, layer in sound design and color grading. Our standard is when the viewer can't tell generated work from a real shoot. If it just looks "okay" — we redo it.

Technical capabilities

Can you create an AI avatar of our real ambassador or founder?

Yes. We'll need source photos and video of the person to train the model. After that, we can place their exact digital double into any look, location or situation. This radically cuts the budget on repeat shoots and crew fees for ongoing content.

Can you keep the same character or product consistent across a series of campaigns?

Yes. We build a "digital passport" of the character or product — a dataset that lets us reproduce them in any scene, months after the first session. The brand gets a consistent hero over a long horizon, no longer tied to a model's schedule.

Can you place our real physical product into a video?

Absolutely. We integrate your real product into the generated video or photo without issue. Whether it's apparel, cosmetics, electronics or anything else — it keeps its exact proportions and looks natural in any environment, with proper light, reflections and shadows.

We don't have studio photos of our product — only a 3D model or drawings. Will that work?

It will. We work with 3D models, renders, sketches and even technical drawings. This is especially useful for pre-launches — when no physical prototype exists yet, but you need visuals for investor decks or pre-orders right now.

Do you adapt content for different formats and platforms?

Of course. We build in the formats you need from the start: vertical, square, horizontal or non-standard resolutions for event displays. We can also easily adapt finished videos for different markets — translating the on-screen text and voice-over into any language you need.

Legal

Who owns the copyright on the generated content?

You do, in full. On delivery you receive all rights to commercial use of the materials. No royalties, subscriptions or time limits. You can run the video on TV, push it through paid ads or print it on billboards — it's all yours.

We're preparing a product launch and don't want leaks. Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, we sign NDAs without issue. All information about your upcoming releases, scripts and concepts stays strictly confidential.
